Belle Vue man in domestic dispute matter found guilty of resisting arrest
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Eric Nibbs of Belle Vue was ordered to pay $750 in fines after he was found guilty in the Magistrate's Court on Monday, July 6, 2020, of ‘Resisting Arrest’ and ‘Use of a telephone without a hands-free device’ while police were responding to a dispute at his residence.

Dwight Brookes begs court to pay fine after birthday!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - On October 27, 2015 Dwight Brookes appeared before Senior Magistrate Tamia N. Richards and was fortunate to have been given a non-custodial sentence. He instead has to pay a total of $2,000 for two charges that he pleaded guilty to.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Former police officer, Raphael Fahie, 45, was found guilty today, March 24, 2014 of assaulting police in 2012. He was also found guilty of common assault, indecent language, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct all allegedly committed on June 28, 2012.
