ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Premier and Minister of Finance Dr the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley (R7) has indicated the Government of the Virgin Islands is awaiting a response from the family responsible for the Ellis Thomas Downs land in Sea Cows Bay, which will determine the future of horseracing.
