ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A light to moderate southerly wind flow will continue to persist across the area due to the influence of Hurricane Franklin, as it moves over the southwestern Atlantic waters and north of the area today, Sunday, August 27, 2023, the Department of Disaster Management (DDM) has said.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – With moderate to fresh wind speeds persisting across the Caribbean region as a surface high pressure dominates the area, a few passing showers could also develop across the Virgin Islands according to the local Department of Disaster Management (DDM).
