Hon. Fraser shocked at low levels of water production at BB!

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Julian Fraser RA, the former Minister for Communications and Works is speechless to hear that the Baughers Bay plant is currently not producing sufficient water, and frankly stated that for it to function at its capacity - a dedicated and experienced manager is needed to have monitoring capability of the plant “round the clock”.
