Hon. Fraser: There is nothing to be optimistic about in Territory’s budget!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – “There is nothing to be optimistic about, nothing unusual. I don’t think there is anything in there for people to be rejoicing about, it’s more of the same thing...hard times ahead and people must come to grips with reality and understand that budget is a reflection of what is going to happen or what is happening around the world,” were 3rd District Representative, Hon.
