Out of court settlement for woman accused of injuring Rev O'Neal

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – It was revealed in the Magistrate's Court yesterday June 14, 2016 that former First Lady of the Virgin Islands Reverend Edris O'Neal OBE came to an out of court settlement with Lenia Smith-Hodge who has been accused of reckless driving which led to serious injuries to Rev O'Neal.
