Plaxton & Rowlette are best of the VI

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – As the BVI Spring Regatta drew to a close yesterday Sunday March 30, 3013, Mark Plaxton and Intac finished 1st in their class and Paul Rowlette skippering Rushin Rowlette finished third in Spinnaker 1 and 2 in rough and windy conditions.
