Contractors reluctant to work until paid for previous jobs - Min. Vanterpool
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Ministry for Communications and Works is in debt to several contractors, who are now reluctant to take on any other jobs until they are paid monies owed to them, Hon. Mark Vanterpool disclosed to the House of Assembly today, Wednesday December 21, 2011.
