Dr. Lettsome insulted by Hon. Walwyn’s “Dr. Scholls shoe box” statement
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- World renowned writer, Historian and former educator Dr. Quincy F. V. Lettsome, Ph.D. has taken insult by the recent remarks in the House of Assembly (HOA) by the Minister for Education and Culture Hon. Myron V. Walwyn about receiving his manuscripts in a “Dr. Scholls shoe box”.
