CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, St Croix, USVI- The [US] Virgin Islands Department of Health (DoH) has announced the 12th Covid-19-related death in the US Virgin Islands (USVI), coming just 4 days after the department reported the 11th fatality.
