Lavity Stoutt be set aside for celebrations and activities surrounding the significance of the day only.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Senior Opposition Member of the Virgin Islands House of Assembly Honourable Andrew A. Fahie (R1) called for Drakes' Highway, which links Road Town to West End, to be renamed in honour of the late former Chief Minister H. Lavity Stoutt.
