BVI Heritage Dancers seeking $10K to complete dance studio

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- With no place to call home, the BVI Heritage Dancers will be aiming to raise over ten thousand dollars to make the former storeroom for Emancipation celebration paraphernalia located right next to the 1780 Sugar Works Museum, partially completed for a dance studio by Easter 2017, when they hit the stage along with several others at the Eileene L.
