ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The United States quartet – Nicholas Cancro, John Hines Jr, Lynee Ann Hines and Jeanne McKinnon – who were all jointly charged with the offence of landing in the territory without the leave of an immigration Officer on November 19, 2020, initially intended to challenge the matter but opted to plead guilty after hearing they would spend the holidays behind bars on remand instead.
