18 year-old Virgin Islander arrested in USVI with $200K jewellery
St. Thomas, USVI - Police arrested 18-year-old Jemoy Gordon, a Virgin Islander who has been residing on St. Thomas for the last three month, early Wednesday afternoon, October 26, 2011 with some $200,000 in stolen jewellery after being advised by 911 operators about a robbery in progress, according to a V.I. Police Department news release.

Couple in abortion plot pleads guilty!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Akeem Richardson and Kandy James, a couple who tried to terminate the pregnancy of Mr. Richardson’s ex-girlfriend in 2010, pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and administering a poison or other noxious thing with the intent to procure a miscarriage when they appeared in the High Court this morning, Tuesday October 18, 2011.
