Trio in Christmas Day cannabis bust fined!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A young man, who took his mother’s vehicle for a joyride with his friends and caught with 3.7 grammes of cannabis on December 25, 2011, was fined $1,000 when he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court this morning, January 9, 2012.
