ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Royston Carey and Michael Ashby were on January 25, 2013 granted their freedom before the Magistrate’s Court after a robbery charge against the men was dismissed for want of prosecution. The men were previously on bail.
DR man prosecuted for alleged knife assault on girlfriend
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Dominican Republic national, Kelvin Solomon, 26, appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on January 23, 2013 charged with the offences of criminal trespass, being armed with an offensive weapon and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. The offences were allegedly committed on November 18, 2012.
