CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI — A man was found dead inside an SUV in Anna’s Retreat on St Thomas, US Virgin Islands (USVI) on Saturday afternoon, April 9, 2016 around 6:00 p.m., in what Police Commissioner Delroy Richards is calling a “mystery death,” as the victim was found with two gunshot wounds to his body — one in the chest and another in the head — but the vehicle had no damage.
