Gunshots rock Tortola; 2 incidents in less than 2 hours
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Popular businessman and basketball coach, Terry D. Smith was reported to have been shot at while in his sanitation truck this evening June 25, 2016. It remains unclear if the gunmen were attempting to kill Mr Smith, as information is sketchy and police are still investigating.
