FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI - Police are in search of a black Toyota Corolla that struck and killed a 47-year-old woman on the Melvin Evans Highway in St Croix, US Virgin Islands (USVI) on Tuesday night, July 18, 2017 according to Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) Public Information Officer, Glen Dratte.
