Vicardo 'Scar' Farrell charged with murder of Devern 'Snoopy' Stanley

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Members of the Serious Crime Investigation team on Saturday, November 4, 2017 arrested and charged 27 year old Vicardo Farrell aka Scar of Major Bay for the murder of Devern Stanley aka Snoopy. Devern family reported him missing on June 5, 2016, then eight days shy of him being missing for over two months, his body was discovered in Rouges Bay.
