MANHATTAN, New York, USA- 23-year-old George Fay, whose father is a well-known figure in the judicial system in the Virgin Islands, was sentenced on Tuesday April 17, 2018 to 10 years in prison for raping a sleeping woman in an Upper East Side, New York apartment.
