2019 Soca Monarch Ramon ‘G’ breached parole conditions
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Convicted and jailed in 2011 for a crime committed and subsequently released in March 2019 on parole, Ramon A. George aka Ramon ‘G’ has been reprimanded for breaching conditions of his parole when he participated in the Virgin Islands Emancipation Festival’s Soca Monarch competition on August 3, 2019.

Shappert for the District of the [US] Virgin Islands announced today, September 20, 2019, the unsealing of an indictment charging [US] Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) Officer Yomont King with a variety of offenses, including bank fraud, aggravated identity theft, and forgery.
