FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI— A woman told police on Friday, October 11, 2019 that her estranged husband assaulted her, took her house keys and cellphone and fled the area, [US] Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) Public Information Officer Glen Dratte has announced.
