USVI Gov Mapp wants to shut down gov’t for 1 day every 2 weeks

Mapp at a press conference held at Government House today, February 22, 2017 revealed that his administration has been considering shutting government operations down one day every two weeks until September 30, 2017 to help keep the government afloat.

Both victims were shot in the left leg.
