CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI – There was a moose on the loose but Doughmaker was there for the taming as the Tortola horse ensured the big showdown at the Clinton E. Phipps Racetrack in St Thomas on Sunday March 1, 2015, went the way of L and B stables. Doughmaker beat St Moose in a time of 1.39.
