ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The 2016 edition of the Inter Scholastic Athletics Associations McDonald’s Martin Luther King Basketball Tournament, which starts today, Friday January 15, 2016 in St Thomas, United States Virgin Islands (USVI), features boys teams from both Elmore Stoutt High School and for the first time St George’s High School.
