TOWN, Tortola, VI - In response to the current inclement weather conditions, the BVI Health Services Authority (BVIHSA) wishes to inform the public about the status of our healthcare services: The Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital and the Iris Oneal Clinic on Virgin Gorda are OPEN to provide emergency and urgent care medical services to the community.
