CHRISTIANSTED, ST. Croix, USVI — Spanesia K. Anderson, a school monitor at the Eulalie Rivera School turned herself in at the Wilbur H. Francis Command Police Station on Thursday, responding to a warrant issued for her arrest in connection with an incident of child abuse. According to the VIPD, the warrant had been issued earlier on the same day.
