Heavy rains, flood watch force closure of Govt offices, schools
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – As the Territory continues to be affected by heavy rainfall, Government today November 7, 2014 sent home non-essential staff early, closing off Government offices and schools earlier than usual as the Department of Disaster Management (DDM) issued a flash flood watch.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Department for Disaster Management (DDM) seems to be having disasters of its own as it has been reported that rats and snakes are wreaking havoc in the building that houses it.
