ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Despite an open letter to the media in which Managing Director of the BVI Ports Authority (BVIPA) Claude Skelton-Cline stated he singlehandedly had nothing to do with Carnival Cruise Lines cancelling calls to the Virgin Islands for the latter part of 2014 and beyond, talk show host and public activist Julio S. Henry is maintaining his calls for Skelton-Cline to be fired.
