Biwater disappointed over Hon Vanterpool's comments on plant
PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI- Project Director of Biwater BVI, Richard F. Smith said he was heart-broken at comments made by Minister for Communications and Works Hon Mark H. Vanterpool that the Biwater plant at Paraquita Bay had encountered difficulties but not explain what had really occurred at the plant since the Works Ministry and Water and Sewerage Department were informed of the problem encountered and that it was quickly rectified.

Young contractor alleges victimisation by NDP
