NDP Gov't scraps negotiations with Tortola Pier Partners
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – In a statement sent to selected media houses earlier today, September 27, 2013 the Government of the Virgin Islands announced it is no longer in negotiations with Tortola Pier Partners on the proposed expansion of the Road Town Cruise Pier Project.
