ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Following Virgin Islands News Online’s (VINO) first and accurate story earlier today, January 14, 2020 about the resignation of CEO of the Virgin Islands Recovery and Development Agency (RDA), Mr Paul D. Bayly, Governor Augustus J. U. Jaspert accused Government of not fully supporting the RDA, which drew a counter response by Premier and Minister of Finance Honourable Andrew A. Fahie (R1).
