VIP Gov't discovers over $1.5M in unpaid NDP bills
DUFF'S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI - More than $1.5M in unpaid bills left by the Dr D. Orlando Smith's National Democratic Party (NDP) government has been discovered following complaints from several venders about the Virgin Islands (VI) Government owing them monies for unpaid work.
