ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The 2019 Election campaign has started to become nasty. Last week, Chairman of the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) Hon Andrew A. Fahie (R1) condemned a social media ‘meme’ that made reference to the wife of National Democratic Party (NDP 1) Chairman, Hon Myron V. Walwyn (AL).
