VI Gov’t picks apart lame excuse by CoI for 3-month extension
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The excuses given by the Commission of Inquiry (CoI) on January 4, 2022, for the further 3-month-extension of the Inquiry has been questioned by the Government of the Virgin Islands.
CoI extended again! April 2022 new deadline given
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The United Kingdom (UK) sponsored Commission of Inquiry (CoI) called by the controversial ex-governor of the Virgin Islands Augustus J. U. Jaspert has been extended for a second time, with a new deadline of April 2022 given for the submission of the final report by the CoI Commissioner.
Governor extends VI curfew to August 20, 2021
WICKHAM'S CAY 1, Tortola, VI- His Excellency Governor John J. Rankin CMG has extended the existing curfew to August 20, 2021, as per the powers conferred on him by sections three and four of the Curfew Act, 2017 (No. 20 of 2017).
7:00pm to 5:00 am curfew to continue in VI– Hon Malone
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Minister for Health and Social Development Honourable Carvin Malone (AL) has said the 7:00 pm to 5:00 am curfew currently in place in the Virgin Islands will continue for 14 more days.

Governor Rankin signs new Curfew Order
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Virgin Islands will remain under a 3-hour curfew until March 11, 2021, according to a new Curfew Order signed by Governor John J. Rankin, CMG on February 24, 2021, and published in the Official Gazette.
