Draft Youth Policy is ‘living document’ – Youth Policy Committee Chair
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Chairman of the Virgin Islands Youth Policy Committee appointed to submit a draft document for the National Youth Policy, Ms Drusilla F. Fahie, has described the draft policy document as a ‘living document’ that should have the ability to change with time in an effort to be truly representative of the Territory’s youth.
