JVD man pleads guilty to 'ganja' possession charges
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Kendrick Chinnery, 26, of Jost Van Dyke pleaded guilty to three traffic charges and one drug possession charge when he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court on June 28, 2013.
