Arrest warrant for Chaim Todman
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – An arrest warrant has been issued for Chaim Annick Todman, who is one of three persons facing the Magistrate’s Court for allegedly conspiring to supply cocaine to another and landing in the Territory without leave from an Immigration Officer.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Lester DeCastro, self employed mechanic and Isaac Caena, who are facing cocaine related charges, allegedly threw packages of cocaine in the sea near Brewers Bay when they spotted law enforcement officers on November 1, 2011, Crown Counsel Valston Graham disclosed.
