Expatriate students should have been asked to leave after hurricanes- Carl Dawson
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A former senior civil servant has said the Government of the Virgin Islands should have asked expatriate school children to leave the Territory following the hurricanes of September 2017 to ease the burden on the Territory's education sector until it was in a position to welcome them back.
