NGOs Bill criticized for being “too heavy”

Julian Fraser, RA, towards the Bill entitled, “Non-Profit Organisations Act, 2012” which was read in the House of Assembly yesterday, October 11, 2012.
Biwater already invested $25M of own money into project
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The controversial Biwater Project has already seen some $25M invested in the construction phase even though there has been no review of the designs and drawings by the Ministry of Communications and Works to see if they were in accordance with relevant quality and performance standards.
