Promise kept! Sports Minister presents $10k cheque to BVIAA

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A promise to provide financial assistance to the further development of sports and athletes in the Territory was fulfilled on May 7, 2019 when Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture, Dr The Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley aka ‘Sowande Uhuru’ presented a cheque of $10, 000.00 US to the BVI Athletics Association (BVIAA).

Controversial airport runway resurfacing to start March 2019
