OECS blasts UK imposition, reserved Order in Council for direct rule in VI
CASTRIES, St, Lucia – The Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) has congratulated the Government of the Virgin Islands (VI) for carrying out reforms in the best interest of the people, while at the same time blasting the UK for not only the reserved Order in Council, but for undemocratically imposing legislative and policy changes on the people of the VI.
