Circular questions why ‘Governor’ only reviewed VI CoI report

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - A circular published by ‘Concerned Citizens of the Virgin Islands,’ has questioned why the CoI Report now with Governor John J. Rankin, CMG, has not been shared with local elected officials ahead of it being reviewed by the Governor and shared with other UK officals.
