No Rise & Shine but revelers ‘wet fete’ instead!
DUFF’S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI- The usual Rise and Shine Tramp on August Monday morning as part of the Virgin Islands Emancipation Festival, was not a feature this year due to COVID-19 control and suppression measures in place; however, a wet fete was staged instead.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola - Twenty-one (21) persons who had close contact with a positive COVID-19 case detected in St. Vincent and the Grenadines with links to the island of Jost van Dyke, have all returned negative after tests for the virus.
