FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Friday, April 2, 2021, recommended that port and ship workers get vaccinated before leisure cruise travel resumes, though the agency stopped short of giving guidance on when it expected to ease restrictions on cruising.
