Burglary charges dropped against DR man; says he lives there

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - A Dominican Republic national who appeared before the Magistrate's Court, yesterday August 15, 2012, pleaded guilty to charges of causing actual bodily harm and destroying property; a burglary charge which he pleaded not guilty to was dismissed and dropped by the court as requested by the Crown, after the man stated that he lived there.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - A horse trainer, who pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary that he allegedly committed in East End, was this morning April 17, 2012 sentenced to 18 months in prison.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI [Posted 6:41 am] – Due to the surveillance cameras installed at Captain Mulligans Sports Bar, the police were able to make out the faces of the two men who carted off three televisions, two iceboxes and seven cases of Heineken in the early morning hours on Monday, December 5, 2011.

Confessed burglar gets suspended sentence

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Milford Todman Jr., 20, who was charged with two commercial burglaries among other offences in August, was yesterday December 5, 2011 fined $500 and given a two-year suspended sentence that if violated, would be imprisoned for 8 months.
