USVI man charged for allegedly sexually assaulting 2 minors

FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI— The [US] Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) on Thursday, March 8, 2018 said Jelani Marcus Hall, 28, was arrested and charged with first-degree unlawful sexual contact, after it was reported — and investigated, according to police — that Mr Hall, on several occasions, had sexually assaulted two minors.
Alleged murder trio Bernard, Harrigan & Rodriquez remanded
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Vernon Bernard, 26, a Dominica national, local resident Rafael Harrigan, 27, and Maybelline Rodriquez, 21, made their first appearances today, Tuesday, March 6, 2018 before Senior Magistrate Tamia N.
