Cabinet approves $1.3M for immigration detention costs via Supplemental Appropriations
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Cabinet of the Virgin Islands met on February 9, 2022, and among other things decided that the funding for associated costs for temporary lodging, security services and meals for immigration detainees be provided via Supplementary Appropriations.

Cabinet gives greenlight to issuing of 23 Certificates of Residence

Late birth & death registrations to now cost $75
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Persons who register both births and deaths outside of the stipulated time frame will now have to pay a $75 fee as part of a Cabinet-backed increase in fees for the service.
VI’s Christmas & other religious holidays to be led by religious groups
