BALSAM GHUT, Tortola, VI- Word reaching our newsroom from persons familiar with the matter is that His Majesty’s Prison at Balsam Ghut on the main island of Tortola has been on lockdown from this morning around 8:00 AM today Friday, September 22, 2023.
